Ingredients: 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (Kirkland breasts from Costco are our fav!) 2 cup Ritz Cracker Crumbs ¾ cup shredded parmesan Cheese 1 TBSP dried parsley 1 TBSP dry, minced garlic 1 tsp. salt ¼ tsp. pepper 1 cup butter Directions: 1. Combine all dry ingredients. 2. Melt Butter 3. Roll chicken in butter and then roll buttered chicken in dry crumbs 4. Bake 350 degrees for one hour.
